I can't lie, I wish I could wear jeans and a t-shirt everywhere I go....(and believe me, I try...) But like I said in the previous post on Cable Knit Sweaters, sometimes you have to get clean. When I do get "cleaned up", the aesthetic you see in Billy Reid's new releases is what I go for...I really dig these looks...Buy all these garments at Billy Reid in-store and online....
Cable Knit sweaters are dope for a variety of reasons...Number one, they're usually chunky and warm...(which is why I have one on today...see sleeve pic below) two, they look good dressed up with khakis or dressed down with some dark jeans, and three, they are classic, a great way to finally show that you have SOME class...wear them anywhere your new T.I.T.S. shirt won't go over well....

Q: I hate business casual; I never know what to wear. Can you suggest three or four can't-miss wardrobe items to keep things simple?
A: One: Get a soft-shouldered cotton sports jacket. I buy them whenever I see them. They're pliable, comfy, and easy to pack. They do the job of a sweater but look dressier and have lots of pockets. Two: Cashmere sweaters, especially V-necks. Can't have enough of those, whether they're four figures from Hermès or two figures from Uniqlo. I actually once noticed a stylish Uniqlo salesman wearing two at the same time, in lime and in sea blue. A great look. Three: Good chinos or sporty flat-fronts are a must. Maybe my best casual pants are Helmut Lang from back when there was a Helmut Lang. Four: The button-down-collar oxford cloth shirt.
